Join us for an hour long, super fun class! You'll learn quick recipes and basic kitchen skills and techniques. Ages 10 and up. All courses have limited seating of 5 students. Prices listed are for each student, and include hands-on instruction from licensed chefs, all ingredients, take home recipes, plating and tasting what you made!
Homemade tortillas- making the dough, cutting, rolling and cooking
Banana bread muffins (no nuts)- measuring, creaming, mixing, baking
From scratch mac and cheese- boiling, draining, Mornay (cheese) pan sauce, mixing, seasoning, optional add-ins of diced ham or peas
Breakfast Sandwich- egg, ham, cheese, English muffin. Egg cookery, heating, toasting, melting, assembly.
We're kicking off the summer with all new workshop classes! A few more hours, a bit more fun and by the end, you'll have an entire meal made by you. Mini BBQ meatloaf, mashed potatoes and carrots Vichy. Peeling, cutting, steaming, mashing, mixing, assembly, plating. *Course favorite- "fast, delicious, easy. I could eat this everyday!"
Strawberry jam and buttermilk biscuits. Fruit prep and cooking, storage. Cutting in fats, mixing, rolling, baking. Nothing beats homemade strawberry jam on warm biscuits. Take home your own jar of jam!
We'll be teaching all through the summer with many classes to come! Beginner, advanced, budget meals, bakery, BBQ, couples and date nights, young adult or personalized classes to your liking. Ages 10 and up, any skill level. Join us to elevate your skills and grow your passion for cooking!
